C-1, Inc. Property Management, Construction and Consulting began in January 1999 and has been on the move ever since. As a general contractor with the State of Tennessee, we are licensed to participate in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. At the company’s inception, we purchased abandoned and foreclosed properties to renovate and sell. As time progressed, we saw an opportunity to fill a niche in the local real estate market—offering affordable housing for persons not yet ready for homeownership. We have proudly renovated hundreds of distressed properties and housed many persons in and around the greater Memphis metropolitan area.
Growing tremendously over the years, C-1 has gained the necessary knowledge and experience to handle all types of construction projects. Our customer base has grown greatly through the positive words of satisfied customers. Now in operation for over 20 years, we have expanded our business to include participation in commercial projects as well. Gerald Neely
Gerald Neely is president of C-1, Inc. He has been licensed by the State of Tennessee Board of Contractors as a general contractor since 1998. He is extremely knowledgeable of the construction industry and strives to keep abreast of industry changes and improvements. He has supervised hundreds of subcontractors and is dedicated to ensuring that the construction work is done correctly and professionally. His past experiences give him keen foresight into facilitating all kinds of construction projects—large and small. Gerald is a graduate of The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
Kaela Neely
Kaela Neely is vice-president and office manager of C-1, Inc. With experience in the local government and nonprofit sectors, she brings unique organizational abilities to the table. She provides guidance for the company’s daily office operations, manages the company’s human resource affairs as well as bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable matters. She has been instrumental in executing various programs and strategies to meet the company’s goals and objectives. She also implements initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and expand the customer base. Kaela is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Martin and The University of Memphis.
