MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Looking for an experienced, versatile, and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform ongoing property maintenance and complete primarily residential repairs as assigned. This position requires the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance/repair tasks – including general construction, plumbing, heating, wiring, and inspecting properties to conform to safety standards as well as scheduling repairs with tenants and/or customers. In addition, this position requires a diverse mix of both hard and soft skills, particularly manual labor skills.
PROJECT ESTIMATOR
Looking for a diligent Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates by gathering information and analyzing important factors. The ideal candidate should have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset. He/she must be thorough and apt in communicating and managing relationships with key persons.
